Before you redeem, the plain terms
Every limit on what a package covers is on this page rather than behind a link. Read the six below and you know exactly what you are buying.
- What you’ll be charged
- There is no processing fee and no service charge. The only thing added to a contribution is $4.99 of flat-rate postage on the Essentials pack, and only if you ask for it to be posted rather than collected at the grand opening. Every other package is charged at exactly the amount shown.
- Standard hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- After hours
- Emergency and after-hours work, holiday bookings, or immediate mobile travel to your location may carry an additional travel and convenience premium.
- Notary tokens
- Each token covers the standard NYC notary and non-notarial service fees for one document — administrative and processing, printing, and travel or mobile service. After-hours service and additional documents are not included.
- Renewal
- Service packages can be renewed and optimized quarterly.
- Changes
- Packages are tailored. If a service in yours is not the right fit, it can be swapped for another — say so and the package is rebuilt around what you actually need.
- Refunds
- All contributions are final. Please email us at info.psuites@gmail.com if you would like to explore ways in which you can alter your current package.

Is this a donation?
No. Propel & Pivot is a for-profit business and contributions are not tax-deductible and not charitable donations. You are pre-purchasing executive support services at a fixed price, and the capital funds the build-out of Propeller Suites.
What exactly does my money pay for?
The physical infrastructure of the salon suites — the build-out, fixtures and fit-out required to open. The services you receive are delivered by Propel & Pivot Services, the operational engine funding the launch.
When can I start using my hours?
Immediately after your contribution clears. That is the point of the structure — unlike traditional crowdfunding, you are not waiting months for a physical product.
What are the service hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Emergency and after-hours work, holiday bookings, or immediate mobile travel to your location may carry an additional travel and convenience premium, agreed with you in advance.
What does a notary token actually cover?
The standard NYC notary fee for one document. After-hours service and additional documents are not included in token use and are billed separately.
Can I buy more than one rosewater pack?
Yes. The “Mist Me” Essentials Pack has a quantity selector at the checkout, so you can take as many three-packs as you like in one contribution — stock up on your glow and help us cross the line.
Why does the Sounding Board package say five slots?
Because it is capped at five, permanently. Three 60-minute sessions a month is real time in the calendar, and beyond five clients it stops being the private, high-level room it is meant to be. The count on the page is live: it falls as the slots go, and the package closes itself when the last one is taken.
Can I hire the notary on its own?
Yes, separately from the campaign. Mobile and remote New York notary work is booked by email: send your name, phone number, email and what you need notarized to info.psuites@gmail.com, and you will get a reply with availability and the fee. The notary service is also included in the Executive Assistance package.
How is my payment handled?
Through PayPal, directly into the business's own account. This site never sees or stores a card number.
